 The rental section is a free service provided to neighbourhood homeowners and
tenants. Unlike the homes listed for sale on the site, in most
instances I will not have personally inspected any of the rental
properties listed here and as such I cannot speak to the conditon or
value of any of the posted rentals. Likewise, for individuals looking
for rental accomodations - in so far as I would not likely have met any
of these individuals, I cannot speak to their ability to pay, character,
or suitabilty as tenants.

| 08/03/06 I've just gone back to school and living by myself is a luxury I will not be able to continue to afford. I'm a 31 year old girl. I've just started my doctoral degree at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I work full-time as a bartender in yorkville and pull in a decent living wage. Not much of a "partier". I'm just a bit of a workaholic who, when not at work, is studying or watching tv. I have a cat. He's very well behaved. He's an indoor 11 year old who's rather timid and who will likely hide out in my room for a couple of months until he feels it's safe to come out and socialize.
