On Sunday, June 27th, from 2-5pm, Sorauren Park will come alive with song, dance, stories and more.

Brought to you by the totsquad (and lots of volunteer moms and dads, join us!), totstock is a vibrant, noisy, whimsical celebration of family and community.

There will be live music, children’s games and activities, story- telling & puppet shows, great food & a rollicking good time all in support of the Wabash Building Society in particular & the common good in general.

Please consider bringing:

• Your child's bike or trike for the bicycle parade
• A sunhat and a reusable bottle or mug
• A pocketful of toonies (this is a fundraiser after all)

• Laurel Crouza & Matt James, I Know Here (Groundwood Books) An award-winning tale about a Saskatchewan girl preparing to move with her family to a point on a map called 'Toronto'.
• Sharon Jennings, C'mere Boy! (Kids Can Press) A dog wants a pet boy. But is he ready to take care of one?
• Patricia Storms, The Pirate & The Penguin (Owl Books) Storms will perform a play based on her delightful variation on Mark Twain's classic The Prince And The Pauper.
• Lynda Hill, Artistic Director Of Theatre Direct, will read Tales of Peter Rabbit By Beatrix Potter. (Penguin Group Canada) We have it on good authority that the rascally rabbit will make a cameo appearance.

We are delighted that Another Story Bookshop is selling books at Totstock '10.

Activities
Totstock Activities are decidedly lo-tech and meant to be enjoyed by the whole family. We're firm in our belief that you don't need a bunch of bouncy castles, fast food and disney characters to have a great time with your kids.

Sweetpea's and Coriander Girl are bringing buckets of flowers to decorate bicycles. Mid-afternoon, the decorated bikes will parade the park, led by the minstrels of Bellwoods Trinity. Westside Cycle will also be on hand to provide bike and helmet safety checks.

Fiesta Farms is hosting the Plant Your Own Pizza tent with all the soil and seds you'll need to grow the toppings for your favourite pizza. The Centre for Art & Soul is providing children's games and yoga, Fancy Pants Kids and Mrs Huizenga are bringing their tickle trunks of dress up clothes, PINE Project will lead naturecrafts and Anouk's Ark is leading the families in a giant game of memory with her Endangered Speces Game.

Planet in Focus is supplying a series of childrens shorts called Mixed Greens for our mini-film festival. We have a digital projector and a bicycle powered generator. Matt Blackett of Spacing Magazine is working closely with us to arrange for local luminaries to power the festival in 15 minute bike stints and we are adding more activites to the roster almost daily.

All food and drink is locally sourced, organic or ethically farmed. There will be little pizzas, lemonade, coffee, cookies and fresh fruit available. At the info table we'll have representatives from Greenest City, Clean Train Coalition, Waterkeepers, The Wabash Building Society, The High Park Nature Centre and many others.

The Raffle!!!!
Prizes are pouring in... A one year membership from Zipcars, a tent from M.E.C., gift certificates from Sama, Tinto & Alternative Grounds, a TailWags helmet cover and more. 100% of the raffle proceeds go to the Wabash Building Society so bring a pocketful of toonies.
